Wells in the study area

Drainage basin and Watershed :A watershed is an area that collects all the runoff from rainfall and precipitation, which can be discharged into a river, stream, lake, or reservoir.
An investigation of the province's groundwater resources indicates that there are 16,773 deep wells and 17,837 semi-deep wells in the province. The total annual discharge from groundwater resources in the province is about 6,207 million cubic meters per year, of which 75% is from deep wells.
